No Questions asked. Cancellation will become effective within twenty-four (24) hours of your notification. Notice must be made in writing or by E-mail. No explanation is needed (but it is appreciated). The commission shall still be payable if a binding contract of sale is entered into within ninety (90) days after the date of the listing cancellation, between the sellers of the property and a buyer(s) who was introduced to or shown the property by any member of the Hill Country Home Team during the term of the listing contract.
