• We spend hours driving through neighborhoods looking for FOR SALE signs. Most are out of flyers; we can't see the inside without our agent, so we have to drive all the way back up here again tomorrow.
• We call the number on the FOR SALE sign to speak to the listing agent and the house is either already sold, or we get no response.
• Then we have to deal with the agent asking us all kinds of questions and trying to get our address & phone number. Pushy sales people just turn us off!

Solving Problems Home Buyers Face....

We take a different approach to helping homebuyers find the home of their dreams. Our system works like this:

• We take your specific property search criteria and enter it into our local MLS computer.
• Anytime an agent (regardless of which office they work for) enters a new listing into the MLS database, and it meets your search criteria, it is automatically e-mailed to you with photos and full listing details including address and price.
• You get to shop for homes on your computer rather than driving the neighborhoods, calling numbers on FOR SALE signs, and speaking to agents! Also, remember that the listing agent has to have the best interest of the seller first and foremost! Since you have the full listing details including the address, you can drive by the home(s) that look interesting and see the outside, drive through and check out the neighborhood, and make a list of the ones that you would like to tour.
• Then call or e-mail us with the addresses you want to see. We'll make the needed calls and appointments, then we will take you to tour the homes you picked out, write your offer should you choose to do so, help you get pre-qualified (on-line if that is easier for you), and manage your purchase from start to handing you the keys.

We put you in control of which homes you tour! You see, agents are taught to work with home buyers in the most absurd way possible. Agents are taught in real estate school to:

• Get a general idea of what the buyer is looking for.
• Search the MLS for 15 listings that somewhat match.
• Spend a whole day previewing those 15 to narrow it down to the 5 that match their "idea of what you want and where you want it".
• Drag you all over town to see them and try to sell you one of them.

The problem with this is THE AGENT IS IN CONTROL of which homes you get to see. This means that you get to enjoy a full day of looking at homes that you don't even like the outside of, hate the neighborhood, and would not buy at 1/2 the price, plus you get the aged pleasure of having a salesperson try and sell you one of them. We think this method is ridiculous, outdated, high pressure, and a waste of time.
