FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER

There is a first time for everything-first time you ever drove a car, first time you went on a date, first time you kissed someone of the opposite sex, first time you----well, we won't go there. But-there is also a first time to buy a house, and it can be just as scary as all the other things combined. The main reason I enjoy working with first-time home buyers is because they will always remember their first home, just like they remember all those other first things. Years later, you will have to think hard about your 3rd or 5th home, "now let's see, where was that?"- but remembering your first home won't take any effort!
